MTS file format, problems exporting - HELP!

Hi all

I am trying to videos using MTS video clips. I have had no issues using this file type, however, the exported product is jumping and pixelated - do you have any idea how I can export to be a smooth high quality clip?

Thanks for you speedy response. Essentially when I export the MTS video clip the quality is terrible.

Here are the answers to your questions that are relevant to me:

What version of Premiere Pro? Include the minor version number (e.g., Premiere Pro CC 2015.2 (9.2)).

Have you installed the recent updates? (If not, you should. They fix a lot of problems.)

     Yes

What operating system? This should include specific minor version numbers, like "Mac OSX v10.10.5"---not just "Mac".

     Windows 10

What kind(s) of source footage? When telling about your source footage, tell us about the codecs, not just the container types. For example, "H.264 in a .mov container", not just "QuickTime".
