multi-cam with existing footage

I took about 10 long video clips at a church memorial service (songs, speeches, testimonies, etc.) and my audio was decent. I used a Canon 80D DSLR. Another person used an IPhone and shot 2 very long videos which were passable, but terrible audio. Neither of us got the whole service. I synced up the video and audio from both "cameras". It was manual and hard, but they are now synced up. I enhanced the color and made them both look very similar. I also plan to put some short B-Roll clips in. So, at this point, I will have 3 tracks: My clips (V1), his 2 long clips (V2).

My question: How can I make this into Multi-Cam footage? I want to be able to run the videos side-by-side and select which footage to use, so I can have scenes from V1, V2, etc. I will need some very brief audio from the IPhone  (A2) in between the DSLR (A1) shots (I am new at Premiere-Pro, and am using this as a test challenge, and am determined to get it right. But it has proven to be a stubborn challenge.

If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
