Multicam camera out of sync

I'm editing an 8-minute video with two cameras and an audio source, using Multicam.

Camera 1 and the audio file are perfectly synced.
But camera 2 is not. At the beginning of the video you cannot tell, but it gets worse at the end. And I only realized that at the end of the video.

I thought it was the frame rate.
Camera 1 is 30fps and camera 2 is 29,96fps.
So I changed camera 2 to 30fps, but it got worse.

The video is edited already.
So my question is 1) how do I fix this? 2) can I fix this without losing the work I've already done?

Thank you

Last thing I tried worked! I changed the frame rate from 29,96 to 29,97 and it is perfectly synced! Thank you!

Your best bet is probably to go into your finished timeline and use the slip edit tool to adjust any out of sync shots by the necessary number of frames.  You eyeball it.

Any more convoluted process of making speed adjustments to one camera of a multicam clip are not only going to be more cumbersome to set up, if you're able to re-conform, you're going to have to check each cut for accuracy anyway.

Hi smrpix, thank you for your reply! If there's any other way, please let me know. I tried in the past, for other reasons, to sync video and audio manually but it is never perfect sync. Thank you
