Multicam Clip Uneditable when opening in Timeline in Premiere Pro 24

I just updated to Premiere Pro 24 to test out the timeline improvements. However, when I create a new mutlicam sequence, I can't adjust any video or audio on the tracks to line up the sync when something is off.

 

Did a setting get added that locks a multicam clip when it is opened in timeline? I tried overwriting from the source monitor, but that is blocked too.

 

Not an issue I've run into in any previous versions with the exact same workflow.

    After diving in deeper, it's not a Premiere version 24 issue after trying on previous versions. I've isolated it to one camera roll from a Canon EOS C70 that locks a timeline from being used until I close the gap between clips.

     

    Once I close the gap, I can then interact with the timeline normally. Transcoding did not help.
