Multicam edit not behave correctly

Hello,

I'm a french editor. I'm working with premier pro for a long time now.

Since several updates I have a problem with Multicam editing.

If I have the timeline activated (with the blue outline) when I change cameras while i'm in play mode it change the camera of the plan and then add an edit on it.

But if I have the programme selected, it works fine (first add the edit and then change the camera)

Also, another issue linked, when I have the programme selected, I can't use the arrow on my keyboard while the multicamera windows is activated. When it's desabled it works fine.

Of curse before asking you i did the last update.

If somebody can help me it would realy ease my work.
