Multicam switching problem

Sorry for English, I hope you will understand what I mean despite my language. The problem is the inability to switch between cameras in multicam mode. It appears whenever we even "touch" any element from "essential graphics" in multicam mode on the timeline. This could be a lowerthird, for example. The only way out in my case is to reset the premiere. Can anything be done about it?

if you edit, or even click on any essential graphic element - switching between cameras stops working. you must restart premiere pro for it to start working again

I can't replicate that behaviour on my side, are you still able to use the mouse to switch between cameras? (by clicking on the cameras in the multi-camera view in program panel)
