Multicam timecode sync not working properly

i got a project for a movie that was shooting in 2 camera, i managed to sync them using the "Create Multi-Camera Source Sequence" but i noticed it's not syncing properly. The cam 1 and cam 2 are few sec off.And the audio timecode is very different from the video too so i dun even know if there's a way to sync them.

For example:

Audio 001 is suppose to have roughly same timecode with both 001 video from cam 1 and 2 but it's timecode is near 7th or 8th video and audio that has similiar timecode is no where to be found.

so i just wanna know do i have to sync the video and audio manually since the timecode seems off or did i just did something wrong?

If the timecode is off by a simple amount, then you can correct if you right-click the clip in the project panel > Modify > Timecode and set the correct starting time. If you can correct the timecode this way, then syncing by timecode should work. Otherwise, syncing by audio or slate if you have one is your best bet.

Have you tried syncing by audio rather than time-code?
