Multiple (but not all) audio tracks rendering at incorrect volumes.

I render around 2-3 videos per day of 10-20 minutes in length and have done so for a few years with no serious or long-term audio issues. Recently, however, I've noticed that some audio tracks render without applying any gain or other effects that I've added. I often use a multiband compressor on the tracks and some of them render fine, but other tracks render as if the compressor is not enabled.
