Multiple errors before and after latest upgrade

I'm now getting lots of error messages and even low on memory so proceed with caution. I've never had these errors before.

I'm running task manager and the memory seems fine when running it.

Any help be appreciated.

I'm just going to upgrade my ram to 32gb from 16gb tomorrow to see if that solves the problem.

I dont understand that one day it works and the next day with no changes to the PC i get errors and now can't even use Premiere. it just locks up now after lots of errors. ive tried clearing the cache and now reverted back 2 upgrades but the errors keep coming.
