Multiple Thin Black lines appearing on my video after Rendering from Media Encoder

Hi,

I have been having issues with rendering my video from Adobe Premiere to Media Encoder. The footage appears to have multiple thin black lines. I have tried new premiere files and different export settings, and I was wondering if anyone else is getting this issue and/or knows a solution. The original video file does not have the lines, but when I rendered other footage from another angle, the lines didn't show up - so maybe it is the original file, but I am not sure; I have never had this issue before.
