Question

multiple timelines

Is premiere no longer optimized for a multiple timeline editing approach? I will often have 2 timelines open, one which is my narrowed down, colored "selects", and the other timeline with is my sequential. I bounce clips back and forth across each of these when editing my videos. I have noticed in the last year this has become very clunky. I don't want to relearn a whole new approach. Is adobe trying to discourage this type of editing in favor for more bins and media browser involvment?

Hi @Crispy Visuals,

Good to hear from you. What is clunky about having two sequences open at the same time? Perhaps the community can provide some advice for you. Your technique is absolutely a valid way to work. I hope we can help advise you on smoothing out this workflow.

Thanks,
Kevin
