MXF not importing full duration

We have been sent a three-hour MXF via FTP, but only the first ten minutes (9:59.13 to be precise) are loading up on Premiere Pro CC 2017.

The entire piece is playing as a separate video on VLC, so we know the footage is all there.

But why is it cutting out, and how can we get the full three hours on the one timeline for editing down?
