MXF OP1a Export for Broadcast

Hi, I have a project that I need to export for broadcast. As the schedule is quite tight, I would like to get it right on the first time. Can someone let me know what are the exact settings for the following requirements?

Video:

File Container - MXF OP1a (SMPTE 378M)

Codec Sony - XDCAM HD422

Chroma format - 4:2:2

Bit Rate - 50mbps

Display Resolution - 1920 x1080

Frame rate - 25fps (501

Scan Mode - Interace, top field first

GOP - IBBP (Length: 12) - Sequence header on each GOP - First GOP closed

Aspect Ratio 16:9

Audio:

Format - AES - 3 (SMPTE 382M)

Audio Essences - 8

Channel per essences - 1 (Mono)

Sampling rate - 48Khz

bit depth 24bit

Dynamic Range - Between -20dbfs and -10 dbfa

Loudness - Normalise at -21db
