MXFs Freezing on Timeline and in Export, clip remains full-sized in timeline

I laid in and married my files to their audio tracks and exported for transcription. The export resulted in multiple video freezes. When investigating the timeline I saw no issues, but when I turned off the proxies I noticed a number of clips showing the same issues. Oddly enough, all their waveforms were visible through the entire clip but their video would freeze on playback. This is occuring between different length/size clips, 40s to 5min. These files were downloaded from Google drive, I noticed no issues during the downloads. So for a few files, I downloaded a second time. I then replaced the current file with the new RAW file. The entire file was viewable on the timeline and played back. I exported it and again it froze in the same spot. Eventually, the RAW would freeze on the timeline again. I'm really lost as to what the reasoning or solutions would be for this. My fear is that the files are corrupted. Anyone ever have a similar experience?

There are also a number of other timelines in this project, all the footage is from the same DP and am having no issues with the others.
