My 1:1 video won't open

Hey I've got a problem after exporting video 1:1 ratio - mp4 file.
I open my animation easily on my macbook using QuickTime but while i sent it to my client he wasn't be able to play it. (frames were deformed) He just got a freeze frames like that:
