Has it worked previously?

What operating system?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

yes it has worked just fine previously, the operating system is macOS, computer specs is macbook m2 256gb 8gb
It is 112gb full out of 256. 
I am still not able to run adobe apps(as shown on screenshot).
