My animated graphic plays back with noise when exported

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to Premiere Pro but my animated title graphic is covered by black noise once I export. I have rendered it and everything looks fine within Premiere Pro. But when I play back the exported file it's awful.

 

Can anyone help?

That sort of thing is normally either a GPU driver issue or a processing order issue.

 

So what is your GPU, and have you updated the driver recently? And is there any speed ramp or time changes on the media? Warp applied?

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
