My audio goes too slow or fast

Hello everyone,

I have a problem recently, all my audio in Premiere Pro is either slowed down or speed up for "no reason". 

I have a 4070 RTX, i9 and 32Go RAM, and even on sequences with one file imported, it's doing it, I don't think it's a power problem. 

When I play my audio, the video is fine, but the audio is slowed, and I don't know how to fix it. It's whatever which kind of audio file I import. It can be videos downloaded from Youtube or an audio I recorded. I don't understand, can anyone help me ?
