My clips in the timeline have disappeared and stuck with a nested sequence

• Hi guys, I'm freaking out a bit. It's 2:00 am in Tokyo and I'm crunching through a project I need finished by Friday.. 

I made significant progress tonight and I'm wrapping up and went for the cmd + S.. however, I accidentally pressed cmd+W. I'm freaking the f*k out. I was able to find my saved project and I was able to find the sequence..

But, my clips aren't there!! They somehow merged everything into one nested sequence! But I didn't nest!!! I tried the old school way of fixing this issue by copy+ paste the nested sequence into a new timeline but it didn't work..

I need my clips on my timeline.. all of them.. what should I do??!?
