My CS6 Master Collection is asking for a serial number when it was licensed in creative cloud app.

So I been using my CS6 Master collection for quiet a awhile. I love to go back and edit in Premeiere and encore to make dvd menus. Now for some reason it was asking me to register and it is asking for a serial number and I have expired the 30 days.

Before I could press license this and it would all work again. Now it wont.I'm prolly one of the few who use Encore and PPro CS6 to go back and worrk on older project plus I love the layout that was changed later. hehe Any idea how to get it back working? Thank you.

This seems to happed manu CS6 users at this moments. Reason which Adobe is telling is not true. They are only greedy and forced people to buy new lisence.

You need to fill in a license number which you bought several years ago to be able to continue to use the program

if you don't have a license number i am afraid it is end of the line as the program no longer are part of the Cloud.

Sadly I don't. I purchased CS4 and when I wanted to upgrade to CS6 Afobe gave me no discount so I never got it. I got the CS4 master collection.. I love the default layout in PPro CS6 and wish they never changed it. lol
