My effects are invisible/disappeared!

It just happened, what should I do? All my effects are gone but it seems that they are INVISIBLE because I can Click to edit:

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled but it doesn't worked

Yes once in a while this issue pops up on the forum

Reinstall and use Cleaner tool.

Ist das auch bei einem anderen Layout? Eventuell hilft Layouts zurücksetzen.
