my encoder play/pause button attached to premiere play button

I export my video to encoder and go back to work in Premiere. When I hit the play button on keyboard in Premiere, it also operates the Play/pause button in encoder. 

So, my encoder stops everytime I stop the video in Premirere.  This is also happening when I click the play button in the Program window.  Help me make this stop.  Thank you. 

I have rebooted my computer and restarted the programs.

I useing encoder 13.1.5

and premiere 13.1.5 build 47
