My Export Is Longer and Different Than My Timeline

I updated into the newest Premiere Pro last night if that is relevant as I never had this issue before.

For some reason, my exporter is outdated. In other words, there is 23 minutes of footage but that is from days ago. Yet, my timeline is near only 12 minutes. I don't know what the issue is exactly or why this is happening. I tried what I can (being a rookie editor). I tried deleting cache but nothing changes.

I just want my exporter to reflect my most to date timeline. I do not have stray frames.... My exporter seems to be taking old deleted footage from the timeline and adding it somehow. I never had this problem before either.

Thank you.

I figured what the problem is if anyone is wondering. It is related to DF and NDF in the sequence settings.

I may be missing something.  The difference between drop frame and non drop frame timecode is no where near 1/2 the  duration.    And that difference is only "apparent" duration...  It's not the easiest thing to wrap your head around and it's impact is usually not important.  Back in the day, mixing sources with ndf and df timecode could sometimes cause problems.  With 29.97 fps material (the only format that this matters in as far as I know except 59.94 fps material) one minute of df timecode material will be excactly one minute duration.  Mastering 29.97 fps material to a 29.97 sequence will give you your precise duration which is crucial for programming broadcast, cable etc...  not so import for online streaming like youtube.  Hope that makes sense.    If. you want to post screen grabs of your source properties and sequence settings we should be able to figure out what's going on...
