my export quality is extremely bad

I'm trying to export my current film and suddenly the export quality is insanely bad. i have previusly exported early randitions of this edit and have had no problem with quality dropping. if anyone has any ideas why this might be please let me know.

Looks like you're exporting in a low bitrate and/or resolution. What are your export specs?
