My exporting has become insane

Ok, So, I'll keep it short. Making videos of my assassins creed gameplay for my youtube channel. I've made 20 or so + with no issues but the last 3 i've done for absolutely no reason that i can find have begun to take literal hours to export.

 

So, I've changed absolutely no settings between videos. I just bring the clips in and the times varies from 10 to 24 minutes. The longest one i've exported took me like half an hour at most.. now i'm trying to export an 8 minute video and it's saying 4 hours.. 

 

Anyone have a clue why this has randomly started up?

Please post your:
Computer specs/setup,
Operating system build (not just the latest).
Premiere exact build (see about),
Mediainfo screenshot in treeview of media used.
Export setting and with left tab to output.

I appreciate it. Already resolved it myself. For some reason it's adding multiple hours of export time just for me having 4 transitions in my video. Removed the transitions. Will be removing PP and moving to something else as well.
