My .mov is glitching

Hi! I want to make videos where i show how i draw my art on photoshop. I quicktime screenrecord my progress. When i have the .mov video on my laptop i see it perfectly, its smoot and works perfect. But when i want to edit it in premier pro it emediatly turns super glitchy. I did not add any effects to it yet! Just put the file in. It also isnt just the preview! When i export it it looks the just as bad.
