My Premier program is not working properly
When I open a new project, the program does not work and remains in that state for a long time
In addition, it uses the integrated graphics card and does not consume any part of the separate graphics card
In the attached pictures, there is an explanation of the problem I am suffering from
Knowing that I have an Intel Core i7 device
With 32 GB RAM
And all the parts have been identified on the device well

What do you mean when you say that the program doesn't work? What's exactly happening when you open Premiere?

It looks like it is working. A shot of the entire PP window would be better to see. Is there any activity in the very bottom right of the PP screen, happening when the project is first loaded. What kind of media are you using? Shots from a phone or a camera?
