My premiere 2019 is freezing on a certain project

the lagging happened when i was almost done with the editing. now everytime i open this project file my premiere will lag in crash in like after 10 secs. I thought my mac i just being slow but then i tried opening other project files and they played fine and smooth. I also tried formating my macbook pro and reinstalling adobe premiere but then it's still kept on crashing. I don't know what to do i can't just reedit and go back from the start.

I also tried making a new project file and tried to import the sequence from that project but then it only gave me  "connecting to dynamic link server failed"

I've never had this problem and I'm not even editing a 4k video.
