My Premiere Pro CC free trial won't open; what am I doing wrong?

I go to the creative cloud application, open the drop down menu beside the "buy" button, click open, and nothing happens. The launcher doesn't open, no error code, nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Sign out, reboot, the sign in again. Try that.

Does your computer meet minimal System requirements Premiere Pro and older

If it does,

then you might want to Contact Customer Care.

I'm signed in, I signed out and back in for good measure too, but the problem persists.
