My preview clips became small...Please help I am a new user

While i was editing... The clips became small in the preview tab

Last time i did set to frame size and it killed my project quality 

Please Help !!!

I am new so consider helping !!!

    It was the magnification that caused the prob thanks btw hear it the pic
