Question

My program workspace window is broken and won't reset to default.

The window is too small to see my project while I'm working on it and it scrolls up and down with my mouse wheel. Before this it just stayed there nice and neat and I could actually see what was going on while I was making edits.

"prproj allows me to see it in the windows 10 home search bar, but I can't open it from there."

Can you right click and open with Premiere Pro?

Try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

I did that, but now my projects are all gone and I can't locate them where they were stored on my PC. This is certainly not good.

It's at 50% size because that's the only way I can see my project now.
