my project size changed from 24000kb or 24mb to 400 kb and it is still the same why?

Could be many things. Did you delete media or remove any effects like Warp Stabilizer?

Is the project otherwise unaffected and everything (clips and sequences) are intact? If so then it's not a cause for concern.
