My razor tool cuts get shifted

Hello.
I've been using PP for a long time. Recently, I faced a weird problem. While I was working on a sing track 1 hour long video, I made 300+ cuts in it. I made ripple delete so the final product became roughly 30 minutes. When I went back for a review, all the cuts I've made have been shifted half a second. I made every cut precisely where I needed. Is there any settings for such a behavoiur? If so, how can I stop that?
