My recent 2 projects are empty

I have been working on some projects for a longer time, everything worked out perfectly, one time I opened my recent project I've been working on, a Error or Feedback to a Crash report pooped up. I instantly clicked it away not thinking about it, but then the project opened and it was completly empty, the same with my other project I was working on, all Media is gone and it's like i've created a new Project. I've looked up for a Solution but with no success. Has anyone experienced this yet and is able to help?
