My slow motion proxies are connected but yet broken.Tried to look everywhere for help.

My slow motion proxies are connected to the original but when I try to scrub through it quickly it jumps to a different part of the clip (maybe the part of the clip it would be at if it weren't slowed down). It's very hard to explain but I've attached a video.

Also when I play them normally (rather than scrubbing through quickly) they work fine.
