My software needs to be updated, but won't?

I'm a documentary filmmaker, and I'm trying to open a shared Premiere Pro file between myself and my editor. My application says that it needs to be updated/newer version in order to open the file, but when I check my Creative Cloud, there aren't any updates listed. 

Help? I don't know if I should just uninstall and redownload or how to fix this.
