My Standard presets in audio have dissapeared. Please help

Hi, guys so I need some help figuring out something that happened to my premier 2020. I edit on my MacBook pro btw. But basically the Lil slider to choose the old basic presets won't even pop up. Like a balanced male voice or balanced background music. I really need help so I can get back to making videos. I've uninstalled it many times
