My system is not compatible even though it (probably) is

So I want to download Premiere Pro, but Adobe is telling me that my system doesnt meet the requirements and I dont know why. I have an 13th Gen i7 CPU and a RTX 4060 GPU and windows 11 System. I already updated my GPU driver and it still didnt work. I tried to download creative cloud because it worked for someone but it didnt for me, I couldnt even open it because it was a dmg file.
