My transitions stop working

Thanks for the message. Your questions are always welcome here. Can we get more information? What's not working with the transitions? Have you made them in the past, but now the same transitions are not working? Have you trimmed at least 15 frames off the outgoing and incoming edit points? Once the clip has been trimmed, does the transition work again. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Sorry for the hassle.
