My Video Broke

I was editing a video then I acidentally put reduce interlace flicker onto one of the images and the image went black. I tried fixing it by ctrl z and nothing happened and I tried a bunch of random things and nothing happened and without me doing anything the entire video turned black so I changed my project settings renderer and everything wasent black but now everything is randomly zoomed in, moved, and completly broken, now my video is a mess and I have no clue how to fix it pls help. I have been editing this for hours and its basically all gone.
