My video can't be viewed after exporting for 3 hours.

This is my first time using Premiere Pro.

I exported a video for three hours.

Now, I am trying to play it on my computer but I receive this error message from the media player.

I exported it as a media file, MP4.

 I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
