My video file from camera make me unable to import motion graphics

Hello, I keep getting the error "unknown error while loading the motion graphics templates".

I tried to find the source of the problem and it turns out that it only happens when video files directly from my camera are in the sequence, even when I render them in the composition.
I don't get the error with a fully rendered and exported video file.
What can I do?
