my video freezes when I play the project

I'm editing a project. But suddenly my video freezes when I play the project. I tried restarting and clearing the cache. But it doesn't help. Does anyone know how I can solve it?

Hello @Kevin-Monahan thank you very much for your response. De issue seem to happen when I leave my desktop on the night. When I get back and start working again de freezing starts. And sometimes the problem resolves itself, but I don't know what happens.
I use premiere pro 25.1.0, operating system Windows.
13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700K 3.40 GHz
RAM 32,0 GB (31,7 GB beschikbaar)
64-bits besturingssysteem, x64-processor

Are you on a Windows system with dual montiors, both at different scaling levels? Let me know. You might be hitting a bug.

Thanks for the message and welcome to the forum. I read about your issue, but it would be great to get more information so we can help you solve the problem: How do I write a bug report?

I assume your project was playing back OK before you experienced this freezing behavior. Is that right? Or have you always had this issue? If that is right, then have you updated Windows or installed any new software or plugins recently? Has any hardware been added to the system lately?

With more information about your system and workflow history, I think the community can help you solve this problem. Sorry for the problem.
