Mysterious effect in movie editing

Dear community,

I've been editing a movie of one of our products. Mysteriously there's a weird effect in the movie which I didn't add on purpose and don't know how to get rid of. I tried everything but can't figure it out. Please see the link below. It's obviously the blurry colorfull effect that bothers me.

Did the clip play back that way on the computer when created, before uploading to Vimeo? If so, try to export again, but disable Mercury GPU Acceleration and try Software only mode.
