Não consigo baixar os aplicativos

Acabei de assinar o plano Adobe, porém não consigo baixar os aplicativos, pois supostamente meu Sistema Operacional não é compatível. Olhando nos requisitos mínimos e recomendados, consta que o Sistema Operacional correto seria o Windows 22H2 ou porterior, e o 22H2 é justamente o que eu tenho. Já procurei em vários lugares e não encontro uma resposta. Alguém poderia me ajudar?

Hi @Lincoln_santos - Can you try downloading the creative cloud desktop app from chrome. Different browsers download packages in different ways that can cause conflicts.

Here is a link for some alternate ways to download, depending on your operating system

Can you please post your full system specs if the above does not work for you.
