According to the image posted, your incoming clip doesn't have the frames necessary to apply a transition unless you start it at a different edit point.

Did you apply a transition, or is it a third party template that acts as a transition?

If a transition, which one?

Hi Jorge Gossain Neto,

Could you please navigate to Premiere Pro preferences > Timeline & let us know the value for Video Transition Default Duration? Also, please try zooming in on the timeline at the junction of the clips where you applied cross dissolve. Sometimes, with a too short transition duration & a zoomed out timeline, you might not be able to see the transition overlay on the clips.

Thanks,

Sumeet
