Não consigo colocar a transição neste vídeo

Olá pessoal,estou com um problema,eu coloco a transição e não aparece ela,segue imagem do vídeo onde eu não estou conseguindo,ele é o único.

Hi Jorge Gossain Neto,

Could you please navigate to Premiere Pro preferences > Timeline & let us know the value for Video Transition Default Duration? Also, please try zooming in on the timeline at the junction of the clips where you applied cross dissolve. Sometimes, with a too short transition duration & a zoomed out timeline, you might not be able to see the transition overlay on the clips.
