Não consigo fazer nada com a tecla V ícone bloqueio

Question

Por favor não consigo fazer nenhuma ação com o ícone seleção (V) aparece uma imagem de bloqueio. Não consigo arrastar, organizar, nem no compartimento e nem na linha do temo. Por favor me ajudem! Segue imagem no anexo. Lembrando que não esta em cadeado em lugar algum.

Thanks for the message. Welcome to the forums. Can you tell me if you are on a Windows computer and which version of Premiere you are working in? Does the selection tool work correctly when hovering over a clip? What workspace are you working in?
