Boa noite, meu premiere está bugando e fechando quando tento importar um vídeo do meu HD. o que fazer?

estou tendo o mesmo bug, ele não deixa jogar no time line, só vai o audio, eu reniciava e conseguia, agora nem isso funcionado.

hi, thanks for the reply. I am using a Mac OS Mojave and Premiere 15.4.1. The message after the software bugs It's attachede.
