Narrator Box or Audio Does Not Appear on Tutorials

Hello,

Yesterday I did 5 tutorials and I had the narrator box on the left with the graphics that showed what to do and the steps. Today when I went to do the other tutorials, at first I could only hear the narrator without the graphics or box, but now I click on the tutorial and I get absolutely nothing in the form of the narrator giving instructions or the graphics to help.

How do I restore the narrator and graphics box?
