Navigating bar in premiere pro missing

Hi guys, 

 

Since I updated premiere pro, I have been missing the bars, i dont know how to call them, which allow you to moove up or down, left and right, on the video, which is usefull when you zoom in and want to moove object precisly.

 

Any help?

Found it, I had to updated the new version, as the "show scroll bar" option was missing.
